Made from a flexible high-density polyethylene. 6 mm thick for maximum protection of the frame and cases. Contrary to aluminum, HDPE absorbs impacts, does not undergo deformations, does not generate vibrations. 40% lighter than its aluminum equivalent. Covers the subframe and protects the engine and the cases from projections. Goes through a thermoforming process and is welded. No more vibrating or rattling.
