  S&S Cylinder

  • 2x S&S 4.000″ bore cylinders
  • Low friction ductile cast iron liner
  • Bolt in
  • No maching, balancing, or splitting the crankcase
  • Can be used with stock heads
  • Increase displacement from 88 ci to 100 ci

  Piston Kit

  • 2x 4.000″ pistons for front and rear
  • 2x 0.927″ piston pins
  • 4x Piston pin clips with installation tool
  • 2x Ring packs which includes the top, second, oil rail and expander rings
  • Provides 10.5:1 compression ratio

  S&S 585 Easy Start® Cam Specifications

  • Intake: Open 20° / Close 45° / Duration at 0.053″ 245° / Valve Lift 0.585″
  • Exhaust: Open 60° / Close 20° / Duration at 0.053″ 260° / Valve Lift 0.585″

  S&S Quickee Pushrods

  • Adjustable with chrome tubes

  TC3 Cam Support Plate and TC3 Oil Pump

  • Machined from aluminum forgings
  • Ensures consistent oil pressure and engine longevity

  Precision Hydraulic Tappets

  • Close tolerances for low leak down rates
  • Reduced valve train noise from start to shut down

  Notes

  • Not for ’06 Dyna.
  • Not compatible with S&S 79 cc Super Stock® heads.
  • Not recommended for Tri-Glide or other three wheel models due to lugging nature of these bikes.
  • ’99-’04 Twin Cams will require the additional purchase of valve spring kit (sold separately).
