The ICON Ultraflite™ Helmet offers a lightweight yet durable protective solution designed for optimal comfort and safety during high-performance riding. Crafted with a handwoven fiberglass-reinforced plastic (FRP) composite shell, this helmet provides superior strength while minimizing weight for effortless wear over extended periods. Its intermediate-oval head-form fit ensures a comfortable and secure fit for most riders, reducing fatigue and enhancing control on the road. The helmet features multiple oversized intake and exhaust ports to facilitate maximum airflow, helping to keep you cool even during intense riding sessions. The recessed twin-channel supervent cooling system further enhances ventilation, ensuring a consistent airflow that manages heat effectively. The quick-change Ultrashield™ face shield is fog-free and equipped with side plates for easy removal and replacement, maintaining clear visibility in challenging conditions. Included with the helmet is a dark smoke fog-free UltrafliteShield™ and a clear Pinlock® prepared shield, offering versatility for various lighting environments; the Pinlock® insert lens is sold separately. The helmet is equipped with the MIPS® safety system, which reduces rotational forces during impacts, providing an added layer of protection. The premium comfort liner features moisture-wicking Hydradry® fabric and Ax® Sude padding, allowing for a customized fit that adapts to your head shape and keeps sweat at bay. Emergency release cheek pads facilitate quick removal in case of emergency. Additional features include a removable molded breath deflector and chin curtain to prevent airflow intrusion, and a recessed twin channel supervent cooling system for enhanced ventilation. The ICON Ultraflite™ Helmet also offers upgradeability to the HelmLink™ Bluetooth® communication system (sold separately), enabling seamless connectivity for communication and navigation. Please note that the Dropshield Ultra™ visor should only be used when the main face shield is fully closed, ensuring maximum safety and functionality.
