The HJC Youth Y10 Helmet Mika is designed for young riders seeking a combination of safety, comfort, and style. Crafted from an advanced polycarbonate compound (APC) shell, this helmet offers durability and impact resistance, ensuring reliable protection during rides. The helmet features a double D-ring (pull tab) closure for a secure fit, along with a chin curtain and venting system that enhance airflow and comfort. Its full front-to-back airflow system, equipped with three intake vents and one exhaust, actively flushes heat and humidity away from the rider, keeping them cool and dry in various conditions.
Inside, the helmet is lined with a moisture-wicking, quick-drying, and odor-free fabric, complemented by OEKO-TEX® anti-bacterial material that promotes hygiene and freshness. The interior includes removable and washable crown and cheek pads, allowing for easy maintenance and a customizable fit through interchangeable cheek pads between different sizes. The helmet’s interior also features a moisture-wicking fabric to enhance comfort during extended use.
The HJC Mika helmet is equipped with a HJ-50 visor that provides 99% UV protection and is anti-scratch coated to ensure clear visibility. It is Pinlock® prepared, enabling the installation of an anti-fog insert for improved vision in various weather conditions.
