The helmet features the HJ-37 Visor, which is Pinlock® 120XLT® prepared, offering 99% UV protection and an anti-scratch coating. Its dynamic multi-step sun visor, equipped with a sun shield mechanism, can be swiftly activated via a bottom-positioned system. This allows riders to adjust the sun visor up to 10 mm closer to the face for optimal shading and personalized comfort, while an anti-fog coating guarantees clear visibility in various weather conditions. Eyebrow ventilation vents facilitate defogging and airflow, enhancing rider comfort during extended use.

The interior is equipped with the RPHA Premium Fit, featuring anti-bacterial fabric that wicks moisture and dries quickly. The interior also includes 3D contour cheek pads and removable, washable crown and cheek pads for a customizable fit. Reflective material enhances safety by increasing visibility in low-light conditions. The helmet’s chin bar incorporates a dual-axis pivot mechanism, allowing it to retract for easy installation and reduce air resistance and wind noise. Its streamlined design contributes to a sleek profile, minimizing drag during rides.

Designed with the rider’s convenience in mind, the HJC RPHA 91 integrates the innovative Smart HJC 2nd Generation system, which is seamlessly incorporated into the helmet structure for balanced weight distribution and aerodynamic efficiency. This system is compatible with select HJC helmet models such as the RPHA 71, RPHA 91, RPHA 31, and i71 and is co-developed with SENA for optimal performance. Please note that all Smart HJC devices are sold separately, allowing riders to customize their communication and connectivity solutions.
