The HJC RPHA 91 modular helmet combines advanced materials and innovative features to deliver exceptional safety, comfort, and versatility for riders. Crafted from a shell material that includes carbon-aramid fiber, carbon fiber, glass fiber, organic non-woven fabric, and natural linen fiber, this helmet offers enhanced shock resistance while maintaining a lightweight profile for extended wear. Equipped with the HJ-37 Visor, this helmet provides superior optical clarity with Pinlock® 120XLT® preparation, offering 99% UV protection and an anti-scratch coating. The dynamic multi-step sun visor features a quick activation system located at the bottom of the helmet, allowing effortless adjustment. Riders can position the sun visor up to 10 mm closer to their face for personalized shading, ensuring clear visibility in various lighting conditions. Eyebrow vents enhance airflow, acting as defogging and ventilation channels to keep the visor clear and maintain comfort during rides.
The interior features the premium-fit RPHA interior lining made from anti-bacterial, moisture-wicking fabric that dries quickly, promoting hygiene and comfort. The helmet includes 3D contour cheek pads that can be swapped across all sizes for a tailored fit, along with removable and washable crown and cheek pads. The chin bar incorporates a dual-axis pivot mechanism, allowing it to retract into a streamlined profile that minimizes wind noise and air resistance. When open, the chin bar remains close to the shell, ensuring safety and aerodynamic efficiency.
Designed with the latest technology, the Smart HJC 2nd Generation system is integrated into the helmet’s structure for seamless operation. This all-in-one design ensures balanced weight distribution and preserves aerodynamic performance during rides. Although sold separately, this system is compatible with models like RPHA 71, RPHA 91, RPHA 31, and i71, and is developed in collaboration with SENA for optimal connectivity.
