The HJC RPHA 91 Modular Helmet in the Combust design offers advanced protection combined with innovative features for a superior riding experience. Crafted with a shell made from carbon-aramid fiber, carbon fiber, glass fiber, organic non-woven fabric, and natural linen fiber, it provides excellent shock resistance while maintaining a lightweight profile for maximum comfort during long rides. The shell’s construction ensures durability and enhanced impact absorption, making it suitable for a variety of riding conditions. The helmet’s design emphasizes aerodynamics and comfort, utilizing a streamlined profile that minimizes wind noise and resistance for smoother handling. The RPHA 91’s fit is tailored through its premium interior with anti-bacterial, moisture-wicking, and quick-drying fabrics, complemented by 3D contour cheek pads that can be interchanged across all sizes for a personalized fit. The removable and washable crown and cheek pads make maintenance easy, ensuring the helmet remains fresh over time. The chin bar features a dual-axis pivot mechanism, allowing it to retract seamlessly for easy installation and reducing air resistance when open. Its close proximity to the shell enhances the helmet’s aerodynamic efficiency and reduces wind noise, providing a quiet and comfortable ride. The helmet is equipped with the HJC 2nd Generation Smart system, an all-in-one design co-developed with SENA, which integrates seamlessly into the helmet structure for optimal weight distribution and aerodynamic performance. This system is compatible with the RPHA 71, RPHA 31, RPHA 91, and i71 helmet models, offering features such as Bluetooth connectivity and communication capabilities (sold separately). The visor assembly includes the HJ-37 Visor, prepared for Pinlock® 120XLT® with 99% UV protection, anti-scratch coating, and a dynamic multi-step sun-visor that can be quickly activated via a bottom-positioned mechanism. The sun-visor offers a smoked tint with anti-fog coating for clear vision in various lighting conditions and can be positioned up to 10 mm closer to the face for personalized shading. Eyebrow ventilation vents assist in defogging and airflow management, enhancing rider comfort.
