The ICON Ultraflite™ Helmet in Opal Mandala features a lightweight yet durable construction designed for high-performance riding. Crafted with a hand-laid fiberglass-reinforced polymer (FRP) composite shell, it offers exceptional strength while keeping weight to a minimum, ensuring comfort during extended wear. The helmet’s intermediate-oval headform fit provides a comfortable and secure fit for a wide range of riders, complemented by multiple oversized intake and exhaust ports for optimal airflow and cooling. The integrated MIPS® safety system enhances protection by reducing rotational forces during impact, adding an extra layer of security for riders on the road or trail. The helmet includes a fog-free DropShield Ultra™ with exterior switch, allowing quick and easy shield changes without removing the helmet, and a clear Pinlock® prepared shield for enhanced visibility in challenging conditions (Pinlock® insert lens sold separately). The premium comfort liner features moisture-wicking Hydradry™ fabric and Ax®Suede for a personalized fit, while the removable molded breath deflector and chin curtain help manage airflow and reduce fogging. For added safety, emergency release cheek pads are installed for quick removal in emergency situations. An innovative recessed twin channel supervent cooling system works in tandem with the various intake and exhaust ports to keep the rider cool during intense rides. The helmet also includes a dark smoke Ultrashield™ for versatile riding conditions and is upgradeable to the HelmLink™ Bluetooth® communication system (sold separately), enabling seamless connectivity. Please note that the Dropshield Ultra™ visor is designed solely for use with the main face shield in the fully closed position, ensuring safety and optimal performance.
