Crafted with a shell composed of carbon-aramid fiber, carbon fiber, glass fiber, organic non-woven fabric, and natural linen fiber, this helmet provides enhanced shock resistance, lightweight performance, and superior durability. The innovative shell construction ensures optimal energy absorption during impacts while maintaining a lighter profile, making it suitable for long rides and demanding conditions. The helmet’s design emphasizes both safety and comfort, featuring a lightweight build that reduces rider fatigue without compromising protection.

The HJC RPHA 91 includes a Pinlock® 120XLT® prepared visor that offers 99% UV protection and is coated with an anti-scratch layer for long-lasting clarity. The dynamic multi-step sun-visor can be easily activated via a bottom-positioned mechanism, allowing quick adjustments to shade levels. The sun-visor can be positioned up to 10 mm closer to the rider’s face, providing personalized shading to improve visibility and comfort in varying light conditions. Eyebrow ventilation ports facilitate defogging and airflow, contributing to a clear field of vision and enhanced breathability during rides.

Inside, the helmet features the RPHA Premium Fit interior with anti-bacterial fabric that wicks moisture and dries rapidly, maintaining freshness over extended use. The 3D contour cheek pads and removable, washable crown and cheek pads allow for a customized fit, ensuring maximum comfort and a secure seal. The chin bar employs a dual-axis pivot mechanism, allowing it to retract smoothly into a close proximity position to minimize air resistance and wind noise, thus reducing rider fatigue and distraction. Its streamlined profile and aerodynamic design optimize performance at high speeds.

The helmet integrates the innovative Smart HJC 2nd Generation system, which is seamlessly embedded into the helmet structure for balanced weight distribution and aerodynamic efficiency. Compatible with select HJC models such as RPHA 71, RPHA 91, RPHA 31, and i71, this system enhances rider communication and connectivity. Developed in collaboration with SENA, the Smart HJC system is sold separately, offering riders customizable options for communication devices.
